My Story

Creating beautiful artworks that celebrate special moments and bring joy

My inspiration comes from when I experience something beautiful. In capturing the memory I’ll be guided by a vision, not of what it’’s going to look like, but what it will feel like to look at it. So I’ll add my own energy and mood and invent my own beautiful image. I’ll know it’s finished when it brings me the joy I imagined.

I love sharing this joy with others. When someone sees a piece that reflects their own vibe, it makes me so happy. Even more so when I have been trusted to create an original work with the sole purpose of bringing joy to someone they care deeply about.

I’ve been painting ever since I could grip a paintbrush. I practised for years by copying; learning how to look, analyse and really see what I was recreating. I was determined to perfect my craft and this culminated in my Silver Screen Series. It brings me real pride to look at this series and see the beauty and power reverberating back.

The next series, London Blossoms, challenged me to let go of perfectionism and push even more expression and imagination into my work. The beauty and harmony of the paintings in this collection prove the experiment was worth it.

I get so much joy from creating beautiful things and bringing my vision to life.
